SGRV is owned by 20 out-of-state
investors that bought the property in 2006 from the
AREI/Oakdale Heights Ponzi scam that stole $250 million from 2,000 investors
(this is California's largest Ponzi scam which is now in Trial). The SGRV
owners invested in the property $4.1 million in 2006. The SGRV investors were
promised a tax free 8% to 12% annual return and a quick profitable sale of the
property. In 2008, the SGRV Investors got control of the property when the
Ponzi collapsed. In order to save the property from foreclosure the SGRV owners
had to put $400,000 into the property in order to get the bank to rewrite the
past-due mortgage loan.
I, Mark Fairall, helped the SGRV Investor/Owners rewrite their past-due mortgage loan at Bank of America, which was my former employer, and saved their property and investment. However, SGRV, Scott Green, SGRV Investor/Owners, and Seniority Inc. abused and exploited me and my family because we reported the criminal activities there. SGRV's illegal activities caused the death of my 94-year old aunt Catherine Reinertson, the deaths of our three dogs from toxic mold exposure they would not fix, and caused the rejection, from the SGRV toxic mold exposure they would not fix, of my wife Carol's transplanted liver. Scott Green even tried to kill my wife Carol by refusing to accept for delivery her medication at the SGRV front desk. We saw whistle-blowing employees terminated by Scott Green and Seniority Inc.
Scott Green even had the SGRV handyman, George Kieffer, stalked us, severely damaged our rental house he was using without paying rent, and threatened to kill us. Our Electrical has stated: "Kieffer was an arsonist because he sabotaged your house fuse-box in order to burn your house down with you in it." We had to place several Injunctions against Harassment on George Kieffer but Scott Green ignored them and still gave George Kieffer the key and access to our SGRV apartment. Scott Green even paid his attorney Scott E, Williams to fight our eviction lawsuit against George Kieffer which defrauded us of back-due rent. SGRV filed several baseless lawsuits against us with the help of their corrupt attorney, Scott E. Williams, obtained $18,000 worth of wrongful judgments against my dying wife Carol. Today we are still getting harassment calls from SGRV's Karl Nunley. We and our home continue to be stalked in order to intimidate us with fear by SGRV parties.

We know of 58 senior abuse and exploitation cases and 33 of those seniors died without any Justice. Those are the reason for our CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. We just posted our final request for more abused and defrauded Arizonans to involved and to get Justice from SUN GROVE RESORT VILLAGE and all responsible parties. The starting number of damages of the CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT is $100 million.

The biggest
SGRV Investor/Owner, Kathleen Adams, who lost $600,000 on SGRV just
reported and confirmed her guilt in the 01/14/13 PRESS DEMOCRAT NEWSPAPER: “The facility was severely mismanaged, with taxes and mortgage
unpaid and maintenance problems ignored.” Kathleen Adams was referring to when the SGRV property ownership was acquired in May 2008 from the collapsed AREI/OAKDALE HEIGHTS Ponzi scam. However the SGRV Investor/Owners retained the same corrupt management, Scott Green, and did very little to fix or improve the SGRV property. The SGRV Investor/Owners only desire was to sell the property as soon as possible with as little capital infusion as possible. The SGRV Investor/Owners did not care if they broke the Arizona Laws and harmed Arizonans because they only wanted their bad investment money back. The newspaper link is:
The SGRV
owners continued to employ Scott Green,
SGRV’s previous bad manager before and during the Ponzi scam, to continue to run the senior living facility on a
shoe string of capital. The SGRV property has been allowed to continue to deteriorate
the past seven years. The SGRV property is a dangerous health hazard that
should be destroyed because of dilapidated buildings/sidewalks, dangerous
wiring, and toxic mold. The SGRV owners allowed Scott Green to defraud the SGRV
residents with false advertising, unscrupulous senior fraud and abuse, and
baseless lawsuits in order to supply the capital to keep the senior living
facility in operation with no more needed money from the defrauded Investor/Owners.
The SGRV Investor/Owners were simply
out-of-state Carpetbaggers defrauding Arizonans and the local Arizona Officials
did nothing to stop the illegal activities there.
Many SGRV residents/employees
filed Complaints with the Peoria Police,
Arizona Attorneys General, and many other Arizona Agencies but nothing was done. The Arizona Law Enforcement
failed to discover that Scott Green
was a convicted 2005 Medicare Fraud
Felon who had made his living since 1999 defrauding seniors. Scott Green stole $70,000 in 1999 and 2000
with 2,679 false Medicare Claims. Scott Green pleaded guilty on 05/25/05 in
Boston to avoid jail and was sentenced to repay over $52,000, six months home
confinement, and three year probation. Scott Green failed to complete his sentences.
We discovered Scott Green was a crook and he was terminated on 08/28/12. Scott

The SGRV Investor/Owners terminated Scott Green on 08/28/12 when they discovered he had embezzled from them. The SGRV Owners continue to allow Karl Nunley, Scott
Green’s criminal accomplice, to run SGRV while continuing the illegal
activities of false advertising, elder abuse, and senior financial exploitation at SGRV. The
SGRV Investor/Owners are now making only cosmetic improvements to the property in
order for them to sell the hazardous and dangerous
property to recoup
their Ponzi losses when the economy improves. The SGRV property should be
destroyed.
