ARIZONA'S ATTORNEY GENERAL, TOM HORNE, SHOULD BE JAILED FOR AIDING SUN GROVE RESORT VILLAGE'S ELDER ABUSE/FRAUD

ARIZONA'S ATTORNEY GENERAL,
TOM HORNE, SHOULD BE JAILED FOR AIDING SUN GROVE RESORT VILLAGE'S ELDER ABUSE/FRAUD

The Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne was convicted of Securities Fraud as reported in the 06/20/10 ARIZONA REPUBLIC newspaper article “Attorney-general candidate Tom Horne denied 1970 bankruptcy.”

ARIZONA'S ATTORNEY GENERAL
TOM HORNE
Tom Horne received a lifetime trading ban from the Securities Exchange Commission in 1970. Tom Horne was found guilty of filing false financial reports, wrongful mingling of funds, and willfully aiding / abetting security laws.

Now Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne is being investigated and tried for the misuse of the questionable $500,000.00 of campaign funds and breaking Campaign Laws in the 2010 Election in order to get elected. This is being prosecuted by the Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery since the complaint was filed by the Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett. The FBI has investigated Tom Horne for this crime for 14-months. Tom Horne is trying to get the charges dropped by a technicality but it appears unlikely since a hearing is scheduled on 05/07/13. The 03/29/13 ARIZONA REPUBLIC newspaper article “Case against Tom Horne not over: judge sets hearing” just updated the legal action being taken against Tom Horne.

We printed in the 03/29/12 ARIZONA REPUBLIC newspaper the following comment:

TOM HORNE SHOULD BE JAILED
By Mark and Carol Fairall

Tom Horne misused questionable campaign funds to become the Arizona Attorney General. He is trying to use a technicality to dodge that illegal activity allegation. Tom Horne misused his office to hire unqualified friends and his girl-friend which is shocking. Tim Horne is fighting a fender bender that he caused and left the scene when he was having an affair. This shows his complete lack of morals and conscience.

We have filed selective prosecution charges against Tom Horne with the FBI because he protects his friends. We and others have presented evidence of elder abuse, senior financial exploitation, an Imposter nurse misrepresenting herself and obtaining confidential information, and false Internet Adverting Contracts but Tom Horne protected his friend/lawyer Scott E. Williams who represented Sun Grove Resort Village. We know of 58 elderly abuse/exploitation cases at that senior living facility and 38 of those seniors have died without any justice from the Peoria Police and Arizona Attorney General.

Thank you Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery for doing your job and protecting the public from the self-serving, blundering, immoral, and corrupt Tom Horne. We have just submitted new evidence concerning the former manager of Sun Grove Resort Village on how Scott Green lied to the judge on his 2005 Medicare Fraud Felony with a phony employment letter which enabled him to stay out of jail. Tom Horne could not even discover that Scott Green was a felon that made his living defrauding seniors nor could Tom Horne interview any of the many senior abused and defrauded witness victims.

We have just presented this new evidence to the Maricopa County Attorney, Bill Montgomery, as suggested by Scott Green's Department of Justice Prosecutor from Boston, James Arnold, in order to prosecute Scott Green for forgery and to jail him. There is so much wrong with Tom Horne and he should face legal actions, he should be removed from office, and he should be jailed.

Thank you again and in advance Bill Montgomery for doing your job and protecting the Public and Seniors from criminals.
