The Fairall Plea for Help on Arizona Gives Day

ARIZONA GIVES DAY
FAIRALLS PLEA FOR HELP

Carol Fairall - Elder Abuse Victim - Dying of liver rejection
Tomorrow is the first Arizona Gives Day where you can help non-profits and society improvement activists with your donations. Only a few other states have this annual grass-roots philanthropy special day. Over 800 non-profit Arizona organizations are participating in the 24-hour giving period. Tomorrow is a day meant to inspire Arizonans to give to worthwhile individuals and organizations that make Arizona a better place to live.

We have been invited to the ASU Encore Careers: Action for the Greater Good on 03/26/13. The purpose of this limited sized 200-person seminar is to assisted individuals and non-profits in improving the quality of life in Arizona. Our effort is called THE REAL FACES OF ELDER ABUSE which focuses on preventing elder abuse and senior financial exploitation with educational writings, community classes, and better senior protection laws and the enforcement of the senior protection laws. We continue to pay by ourselves for all our costs involved with the travel and other expenses of our senior protection classes. We need financial help to continue our fight against elder abuse.

My wife and I are senior abuse victims and even though we are not a 501C3 tax deduction non-profit we could use your help. Our finances are strained with the medical costs caused by our health damages caused by toxic mold at the senior abusing living facility Sun Grove Resort Village. Carol just got her updated liver rejection blood work report which shows she is at the highest rejection level ever at 10-times above the normal measurement. Her doctors are recommending that she be immediately hospitalized because of her liver rejection. I just got the heart report that I have heart damage from the toxic mold exposure. Our health problems are the reasons that we were forced to cancel our HELP STOP SENIOR FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION that was scheduled today at the Sun City West Auditorium.

Our fundraiser would also help us pay for an attorney because 27 Arizona Attorneys have refused to represent us on a contingency. All the attorneys say we have a very good case but we have yet to find an attorney who is interested in Justice more than upfront money.

We have attached to our Facebook the website for our fundraiser. We have posted our fundraiser for a month but we have received no financial support from our 1,100+ Facebook Friends. Please consider donating to our cause tomorrow and show us that you care about us and support our efforts of preventing elder abuse. Our fundraiser website is:

We know we have a number of attorneys following our Facebook and reading our senior protection information that we are posting. We are looking for an attorney with a heart that fights for justice and not just upfront money. Our email address is: markfairall@yahoo.com
