Carol Fairall's last senior protection class is scheduled for
03/19/13 at the Sun City West Auditorium. She cannot continue presenting HELP
STOP SENIOR FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION class because she is very sick due to the
rejection of her transplanted liver caused by the toxic mold and elder abuse at
Sun Grove Resort Village.
We continue to be harassed by Karl Nunley, Executive Director, of Sun Grove Resort Village (SGRV) with emails. In the past week Mr. Nunley demanded a meeting with us. Then Karl Nunley refused to meet with us when we were having our private investigator, Jacob Mueller, attend the meeting and protect us from more threats. Both Carol and I, Mark Fairall, have been subjected to nearly three and half years of vindictive baseless lawsuits, stalking, and constant harassment from these criminals. We have seen 33 of our fellow SGRV elder abuse victims die from our fellow 58 SGRV elder abuse victims in the past three years.

SGRV RESIDENTS DIED WITHOUT ANY JUSTICE
Karl Nunley of Sun Grove Resort Village is trying to silence us with continued
harassment by trying to put us in our graves too by causing us more anxiety and
fear! It looks like he will succeed and Sun Grove Resort Village will never be
held accountable for their elder abuse and senior financial exploitation. We
and all the other SGRV abused Seniors cannot afford Justice without your help!

Karl Nunley was the assistant to the Sun Grove Resort Village's Scott Green. Scott Green was fired on 08/28/12 because it was discovered that he was a 2005 Medicare Fraud Felon and made his living defrauding seniors.
