Letter to the Court Stating James Koenig should be Sentenced to 50 years in Prison

James Koenig was the mastermind of the AREI/OAKDALE HEIGHTS PONZI SCHEME that defrauded 2,000 investors of $250 million. This was California's largest Ponzi Scheme that just concluded the Trial. James Koenig was found guilty of over three dozen criminal fraud counts. The Court is gathering information for the sentencing. We wrote the below email to the Shasta Court Judge. 

The sentencing is scheduled for July 26, 2013. Our request is that James Koenig should receive the maximum sentence of 50 years in prison for fraud and elder abuse.

The email is sent to the judge that is making the decision for the length of sentence for James Koenig.

James Koenig not only stole $250 million dollars from 2,000 investors but he also destroyed 23 senior living facilities in his ponzi scam. We lived is one senior living facility that was involved in the Ponzi scam in Arizona which is Sun Grove Resort Village (SGRV). We are victims of SGRV's elder abuse, senior financial exploitation, and violations of our Fair Housing Rights. James Koenig stole the SGRV operating capital and leveraged the SGRV property which made the 20 owners desperate when they obtained the SGRV property after the AREI/OAKDALE HEIGHTS Ponzi Scam failed.

My wife is dying due to her exposure to toxic mold at SGRV after we filed formal complaints about SGRV's criminal activities. We have presented THE SUN GROVE RESORT VILLAGE ELDER ABUSE STORY to US Senators McCain and Flake, DOJ, FBI, the Senate's Special Committee on Aging, and President Obama. The US Senate had us post our 82-page online and has invited us to speak about this problem before Congress in the fall. We have attached the online links to our elder abuse problem and our Facebook "Mark Fairall" has additional information concerning the problem that James Koenig created.

The bottom-line is that James Koenig should get a 50-year sentence because he stole money with his Ponzi Scam and HE ABUSED AND DEFRAUDED MANY SENIORS.

The 20 SGRV Investor/Owners lost $4.5 million on their bad SGRV Investment. Sadly, they kept SGRV operating by breaking many laws. Unfortunately, the SGRV Investor/Owners have not been brought to Justice and Prosecuted for their Elder Abuse and Senior Financial Exploitation crimes.
